Both Mike and Kurt are extremely helpful and professional. The answered all my questions and found pricing about all the extras I asked about. Although the wait was long, 1 hour and a half, I had plenty to do. I had time to look at all cars displayed in the showroom, chat with John Bailey and learn about all VW cars. I trust these technicians at your dealership that they do their job properly and they do know the cars inside and out. What I like a lot about this dealership is that everybody is smiling, honest and they do everything they can to learn new things about VW cars and share that knowledge with customers. I previously owned a 2006 VW Passat that I purchased off of Ebay due to a bad situation I was in. After my most recent purchase of a home, I had to make a decision of whether to keep my 2006 VW (my baby) which was slowly but surely falling apart or go for a new car which would provide ample warranty barring any major disasters. I knew being a single mom that I would not be able to afford to make major repairs to both my home and a car so for me, the decision was easy. Let us not forget who helped me get to the final decision. Atlas, my salesman was the friendliest, most knowledgeable salesman I have dealt with in a long time. Atlas was understanding of my needs and my wants, took the lead and pointed me in the right direction for the perfect fit! I brought my new VW Golf TDI in for my 30 day checkup a few months late, but they still did my "checkup". While I was there I showed the service tech a scratch I had gotten on my NEW CAR...I was upset about it. They were able to "buff it out" and remove the scratch, making me very happy. Read More »
